Foot Buster!

50 minutes specifically focused on your overused, tired, & stressed feet and lower legs. The foot buster starts with a nice foot scrub to exfoliate, and stimulate your feet. Followed by a bit of reflexology, foot/leg massage, hot stones, and ends with a nice hydrating foot masque.

 

Manual lymphatic drainage
$215, 80 minutes

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

Cupping- $25   Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.

 

Foot Scrub- $20  An exfoliating foot scrub will smooth, soothe and refresh your feet.

 

Hot Stone - $25  Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Used on neck, back and shoulders only.

 

Reflexology- $30  Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body.
